Carol's product, design, building and valuation knowledge empowers her in realizing a home's full value and getting top dollar for selling clients, while negotiating and maintaining reasonableness in requests made during the offer and escrow periods. For her buyer clients, she is able to quickly spot sound reasons for sellers to make concessions that afford the buyer a better outcome and transition to his or her new home.

A Greater Cincinnati resident since 1990, Carol, is a Truly Local Real Estate Partner. And she is known by her clients as someone who looks out for their interests with the same attention and importance she would give to looking out for her own. In addition to general real-estate services, she provides, through her network, a one-stop shop of services for moving clients and special help for retirees and those who are downsizing and in need of assistance organizing, selling or donating unwanted items, packing and moving.

Selling and buying healthful, energy-efficient homes also is an area of expertise for Carol, who has achieved National Association of Realtors GREEN Designation. Homes with green certifications or those built with non-toxic products and ventilation and efficiency upgrades often are provably worth more, though most agents are not trained in valuing them. And when buying a home, clients often need advice and resources in order to assess and plan healthful and sustainable repairs and upgrades. Again, Carol offers a network of assistance.
