All home evaluations are not created equal. Most agents in my region will pull the “comparable sales” and, perhaps, compile a “comparative market analysis,” and then, help you decide what your home should list for.

As a Greater Cincinnati, OH, wellness-focused Realtor® — who also has NAR GREEN Designation and industry experience in non-toxic building and decorating products — I am trained to assign value to your home’s wellness features, such as proper ventilation systems, energy-efficient HVAC systems, non-toxic flooring and finishes, and your home’s proximity to healthful activities such as walking trails.

— Less exposure to unhealthful materials and conditions: My partners and I can help you identify homes that have adequate ventilation systems and insulation, correct humidity levels and non-toxic insulation, flooring and finishes, which promote optimal indoor-air quality and well-being. Add to that information on whole-home water purification, communities in close proximity to organic produce and a slew of other benefits. And, we also retrofit homes with safe, aging-in-place features.

— Improved energy efficiency: A wellness-focused real estate agent can help homeowners and buyers find homes with energy-efficient features such as proper insulation, efficient heating and cooling systems, and energy-saving appliances.
